This is either happening because you or someone else has already added this email/username to their house. If this email/username is already being used in your current house, please choose a different email/username.
If you’ve added it to an old house and you want to use it in your new house please contact support@ourhomeapp.com and we’ll change it over for you. If you haven’t added the email/username to any house before but you are still having problems please contact support.
